Refund policy
At Severn — The Ethical Cap Co., we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, you can return it to us for a refund.
Returns
- You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.
- Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds
- Once we’ve received and checked your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
- We’ll email you once your refund has been issued.
- Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges, as our products are made in limited runs. If you’d like a different style or colour, please place a new order through the website.
How to Return
To start your return, please email us at info@wearsevern.com with your order number and details. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
